Dr. Barden has been in the financial and tax industry for more than 35 years. He has a passion for helping people build long-term wealth and financial peace of mind. As a former Minister, Dr. Barden authored a book on taxation for ministers and clergy. From there he developed a keen expertise in the financial and tax management of churches, no-profits, 5013c organizations. Today, his clientele spreads across the U.S. and internationally.
His hobbies include Biblical archaeology, travel, and reading. He has been married to his wife Carolyn for over 51 years and they have two children and 4 grandchildren.
Ande began working in the financial industry over twenty-nine years ago specializing in personal finance and wealth building for individuals and business owners. Her skills led her to become a prominent speaker and thought leader in the financial services industry; having coached and developed thousands of financial professionals.
After serving in various leadership positions throughout the financial services industry, including running a multi-million dollar fintech company, Ande felt it was time to get back to her roots of working with people directly by rejoining her family’s wealth management and tax firms.

Norman has been involved in the family business since 2012. He began working in the Tax Department under the direction of Nathan Eberhart and is now the Tax Administrator. He oversees the day to day operations of Peachtree Tax Advisors.
Toni Libby, M.Ed. comes Peachtree tax advisors after serving as administrator of sales support for the international sales team at Ganz. As a former educator and business executive, having received her Masters in Education, she brings about expertise in managing teams, data analysis, developing new business opportunities within and between organizations and creating long term value for clients.
Office Manager and Executive Assistant
Carolyn has served as Office Manager and Executive Assistant to Dr. Barden since the beginning of his career. No one is more knowledgeable of Dr. Barden’s clients and their needs than Carolyn. She handles the scheduling of all client appointments and ensures their concerns/needs are brought to Dr. Barden’s attention. Carolyn also works extensively in client relations and is always striving to network and build clientele.
Carolyn and Dr. Barden have been married for over 47 years and have 2 children and 4 grandchildren. She has enjoyed building the family business with him for more than 25 years now. She enjoys traveling with him all over the US to see clients and spending time with her grandchildren.
Nathan Eberhart, RTRP, BBA
Nathan attended Shorter University in Rome, Georgia, and graduated from Georgia State University in Atlanta with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration majoring in accounting. Early in his career he was a programmer/analyst with an emphasis on developing financial software.
Nathan began his career with Peachtree Tax Advisors in 2004. Nathan has over 40 years experience in church financial services as financial secretary, business administrator, accountant, and church treasurer.
Carey Cole, RTRP, BS, MBA
Carey received his Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Missouri. While attending graduate school, he taught junior level finance.
His work experience with the DuPont Company for 31 years gave Carey opportunities to work in management, critical areas of finance, analysis, manufacturing, marketing, philanthropy and quality control. He was also privileged to participate in developing many innovative programs and represented DuPont in speaking at numerous organizations including the United Nations.
Prior to DuPont, he served three years on active duty with the U.S. Army concurrent with DuPont, serving 27 years in leadership positions the U.S. Army Reserve retiring in the rank of Colonel as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel for a Major General in charge of 10,000 soldiers. Additionally, Carey served in leadership positions in various organization which included the Boy Scouts.
Carey is a Registered Tax Return Preparer and has affiliated with Peachtree Tax Advisors for 10 years working with business professionals and numerous churches.
Tom W. Sills, RTRP, ACIP, Tax Advisor
Tom has prepared tax returns for hundreds of clients with H&R Block prior to Peachtree Tax Advisors. He brings extensive training specializing in individual, sole proprietorship and partnership tax returns.
Tom’s education and career experience enables him to understand the variety of situations that tax clients face each year.
He is a graduate of West Georgia and the University of Tennessee. His work experience includes 30 years of working for a variety of local governments and regional agencies, private consultants, and nonprofit groups. This experience gives Tom valuable insights into the preparation of tax returns for clients with a variety of circumstances.
He enjoys providing top quality customer service and applying his professional expertise to prepare accurate returns that minimize the client’s tax liability.
